No access to Copilot in Outlook IOS

I only realized yesterday that I have no access to Copilot in IOS.

Summarize an email thread with Copilot in Outlook for mobile

The corresponding icons are not available. The apps are up to date. Is there anything else that needs to be set?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards
Andreas

From what I can tell right now, iOS versions of the MS Office apps (eg Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) are not enabled with Copilot for the iPhone. For the iPad, I do see Copilot enabled in the iPad Word app, but not the others.

It’s odd because there are a couple of YouTube shorts that show examples of Outlook on the iPad using Copilot as well, but it clearly does not work for me. Only Word for iPad has the Copilot icon activated.

On the PC platform version of all the apps, I see Copilot is enabled, and the web apps versions (where you access via the browser interface) for these apps also work with Copilot.

So I guess that’s the long way to say, I think Copilot still will take some time to be rolled out to all platform versions of the apps and the only place where I see it is reliably integrated is on the PC and online web platform.

Ankur_B Hi, I have just tried but still no CoPilot in my OutLook work account on IOS with paid CoPilot Pro. I have it on my PC app and browser but not on my mobile app.

      Thanks!

Copilot features in Outlook apply to accounts with @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or msn.com email addresses and are available to Copilot Pro subscribers via Outlook.com, the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac. Any Microsoft account using an account from a third-party email provider, such as a Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud, can still use Outlook, but won’t have access to the Copilot features.

    Hi

Is your email account hosted on Outlook.com?

Eligibility: Copilot in Outlook currently supports work or school accounts, as well as Microsoft accounts using outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and msn.com email addresses. Unfortunately, if you’re using an account from a third-party email provider (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud), you won’t have access to the Copilot features in Outlook

Thank you very much. Yes, I know this information. I use a hotmail.com account.
