New Launch - can someone share the copilot user survey kit?

We are about to launch our first MS 365 Copilot "pilot" and saw a reference to a "copilot user survey kit"&nbsp; Is there a link to this kit as I don't see it in the MS 365 copilot materials.&nbsp;
