Hi EW48572, that sounds really frustrating, especially if the support path keeps asking for a passkey you cannot generate. Try signing in with the admin account in a private browser session and go through the Microsoft 365 admin center billing/support path tied to the subscription. If that fails, use the billing/subscription support route rather than product support.
