My Microsoft Edge Copilot features get unabled when Edge is in Simplified Chinese language

This might be related to unusual flags on the account and device. On other accounts and devices, the Edge Copilot feature works fine althrough the browser language is set to Simplified Chinese. 

As long as abnormal accounts and devices use other languages like Traditional Chinese or English, I can use this feature normally.
