    Hi DuraiDJ,
    Copilot scenarios in Outlook are restricted to a user’s primary mailbox and are not supported on archive mailboxes, group mailboxes, or shared and delegate mailboxes that the user has access to.

Note that soon you should be able to scope Copilot BizChat queries in to emails in shared or delegated mailboxes.
