I agree with Asif - it has got a lot better in recent months. I've found it very useful, though far from flawless, in helping me edit my latest novel.
Using CoPilot in those ways, basically as a presentation tool for your own data does produce a pretty good result.
Allowing it to provide any "facts" of its own sourcing however is fraught with danger. It still hallucinates badly, typically far worse than the other AI tools.
