Microsoft's Copilot: A Frustrating Flop in AI-Powered Productivity

I had MS365 on my phone since i had my phone, but today something changed, last week i was still opening a word file, editing it. Today when i try to load a word file, copilot tried to upload the file to onedrive instead. All i wanted was to open the file, add some text and resend the file.

Ok...so i tried asking copilot to open the file, so it asked which file? Since i got the file from a colleague, the file name was more like a serial number... Copilot didnt understand i want it to browse my folder and let me choose the file.. 

Afrer arguing with copilot for like 10mins, it sorta opened the file...but in an auto summarizing mode explaining the content of the file instead of just loading the file.

So i gave up, i've just installed ms365, and downloaded MS word instead.
