Microsoft copilot setup on a Mac

My company has added my Microsoft account to access  Microsoft copilot on a Mac running Microsoft , how do I access the copilot tool in the office apps.

    You can access in the web app version (except OneNote) and the desktop versions (except OneNote in mac) but you may need to update your M365 license (File menu in any desktop version of Word, Excel, PPT --> Account --> Update License button on the right side).
