Microsoft Copilot Pro, no connection "connection is re-established"

I am currently unable to use Microsoft Copilot. The following error messages appear: "Connection is re-established", "unfortunately something has obviously gone wrong. Let's start from the beginning...

    I have now asked Copilot what I should do.   

     

    I have logged out of Norton 360 and logged back in. Now it seems to be working again for the moment.

mande1191 Bitdefender VPN, even when set to USA servers, also causes CoPilot to fail.
