Microsoft Copilot Pro, no connection "connection is re-established"

I have now discovered that Microsoft Copilot does not work with an active Norton Secure VPN connection. If the VPN connection is deactivated, Copilot also becomes active immediately or finds a connection. Previously, the active VPN connection was not a problem when using Copilot.

What I have noticed recently:
In Windows, the time zone is set to "automatic". In the last few weeks, it has happened that Windows has changed the region. The time zone remains the same (UTC+1).
