Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat for Personal (PRO) version
Hello🙂
I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and a Copilot PRO subscription. On the Microsoft 365 website, under the "Copilot" tab, I have Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat visible.
Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to add attachments, reference One Drive (e.g., attach files from there) or create AI agents. 😢
Is Microosft planning to add these options to the Microsoft 365 Personal plan?

You're absolutely right. With a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription (even with Copilot Pro added), you currently cannot attach files, reference OneDrive or create AI agents through Copilot Chat. These features are only available to business and enterprise Microsoft 365 customers who have access to Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.
As for your question about the future:
Microsoft has not officially announced plans to bring full file handling or agent creation capabilities to Microsoft 365 Personal subscribers yet. However, they are continuously expanding Copilot features across all tiers, so it’s definitely possible that some enhancements might come later, but nothing has been confirmed as of now.Currently Copilot Enterprise features require a commercial license, personal version may have limited functionality, we recommend checking the subscription type or waiting for official updates.
