You need to have "Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365" license as your subscription to be able to use the Copilot Chat in Teams.
Currently this license doesnt have any trial as per my knowledge.

this is not true. Copilot for Service does include Copilot for Microsoft 365.

- I am having the same exactly setup with Rena, i.e. Copilot for Service trial.
However, Copilot button is not available in any office app (I have been trying for ages with Excel to make it work, but no luck). Is there a chance that maybe this trial license is limited and does not include actually the Copilot for M365?- Maybe it is a limitation of the Copilot for Service trial. I could imagine - as there are no trial editions for Copilot for Microsoft 365 available, that this could be the limitation here.
