List Available Times to Meet
I have not found a prompt that succeeds at adding a list of available times for meeting. From within the email, CoPilot comes up with a list but disregards existing appointments on my calendar. It will find an open time to create an event but that isn't what I need.
Several times a week I write an email to schedule a meeting with someone. I look at my calendar and provide a list of 3 open times in the email so they have good times to choose from. I've tried to get CoPilot to do this but haven't succeeded. Does anyone have a successful method/prompt for doing this?
Here are some prompts I've tried:
- Write an email to suggest 3 days and times to schedule a 30 minute meeting. The meeting time should be between 10am and 5pm. Look at my Outlook calendar. And should not suggest any times that are already booked.
- List 3 different times I'm available for 15 minutes.

Without extra tools the built-in options are the Scheduling Assistant (add the other person, read the open slots off the grid, type them in) or a Scheduling Poll: in new Outlook, Insert > Scheduling poll. The poll suggests times, shows how many invitees are free for each, and drops the poll into your draft.
If what you want is the free times written into the email as text, I built an Outlook add-in for that called OpenSlot. You pick the people and a date window and it inserts the times you are all free, optionally in the recipient's time zone. It reads free/busy only, never meeting titles. i;ve tried this in the past also with no joy.
What i have as a workaround is to write the exact prompt ( i copied yours) from the calendar.
It's a 2 step process,where it first opens mail to write the email and under the draft you can select the suggested times. (see attached screenshot)
Bare with me that my calendar is probably not as filed as yours.. :-)
It came up with some legit suggestions and even respected my workweek from Tuesday to Friday!Hope this is a workaround for you, let me know either way
I Tried Same but no Luck . As of now , we this we need to make Power Automate Flow .
