Without extra tools the built-in options are the Scheduling Assistant (add the other person, read the open slots off the grid, type them in) or a Scheduling Poll: in new Outlook, Insert > Scheduling poll. The poll suggests times, shows how many invitees are free for each, and drops the poll into your draft.
If what you want is the free times written into the email as text, I built an Outlook add-in for that called OpenSlot. You pick the people and a date window and it inserts the times you are all free, optionally in the recipient's time zone. It reads free/busy only, never meeting titles.
