I couldn't find the Copilot icon in my M365 office

There are some requirements you need to meet to gain access to Copilot for M365. First of all, you need a Copilot license, available for $30/month. When you have this license, you should see Copilot in your Microsoft 365 environment, but there are some more reqs you need to meet. One important one is that you are on the correct update channel - Copilot is available in Current Channel and in Monthly Enterprise Channel.
