how to use copliot

If you have access to Copilot within Office, you should see a Copilot icon ont the right-hand side of the Ribbon. By clicking on the icon, a Task Pane will appear on the side of your PowerPoint/Excel window. This is an interactive panel where you can communicate with Copilot, ask questions, and receive assistance.

In case you have the necessary permissions to use Copilot but cannot find the icon on the Ribbon, your Office application may need an update. Navigate to the File menu, select Account, and then click on Update Options. From there, choose Update Now. Restart PowerPoint/Excel after updating to see the changes.
