How to remove copilot dingbat in Word for Mac users?

Quickest solution
Option 1. Hide the icon:
Open Word → top menu bar View → Toolbar → uncheck Copilot.
Reboot and close it completely:
Method 2. Open Terminal → Type:
bash
defaults write com.microsoft.Word CopilotDisabled -bool YES
Restart Word.
The Copilot icon should disappear after the final restart of Word.
