Hi, it is another license. The Copilot+ PC comes with an 'Windows 11 Copilot", this Copilot has the following features:

In short: a recall feature to search your PC history, a cocreate feature to make beautiful art images, Live captions, Windows Studio Effect for creative video filters.

You still need to buy the "Windows 365 Copilot" for about 30 USD per user per month if you want to use Copilot in your apps and on ShaerPoint.
