Does Copilot get trained with my organisation data?

Hello all,

 

I wanted to know whether Copilot gets trained with the existing data from my organisation widely (all SharePoint/Teams data across my organisation)? Or does Copilot only access the data within my OneDrive so it can help me with my individual tasks?
