Disabled Bing Chat Enterprise (BCE) at tenant level but CoPilot Licensed users can still access BCE

Hi,


One of our client has disabled Bing chat Enterprise at tenant level However, copilot pilot licensed users are able to use the Microsoft Bing chat 
Can you please let me know if copilot license enables Bing chat by default?

    - Open the Bing Chat Enterprise Admin Controls – https://www.bing.com/business/bceadmin
    - Uncheck the Terms and Turn Off the Bing Chat Enterprise
