I don't believe that feature exists yet. You could make a feature request https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-copilot-for-service/idb-p/MicrosoftCopilotService-Ideas . I am sure soon, you will be able to add personas, customize ribbons etc. I don't see anything in the roadmap for that either, granted I have only given it a cursory look https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Copilot%20for%20Microsoft%20365.

    I see in the existing thread where a solution was supposed to have been found, but, thus far, I have found no way to eliminate the floating CoPilot icon in Word except by removing CoPilot completley. (Which I am now leaning towards) I can go online for Ai without dealing with this issue. Do you know if there is a way to remove the floating icon without removing CoPilot?

      I have uninstalled co-pilot completely. Removed it from the ribbon in Word but I cannot get rid of this **bleep** prompt. So annoying.

        This is honestly brutal. 

         

        I did find some some more frustration, and a little bit of humor when I asked Co-pilot how to fix this and instead of having its own internal SOP or understanding, it searched the web and gave me incorrect answers. It then proceeded to suggest that I remove Co-pilot all together, upon asking some tough questions and suggesting it was completely lost in its responses, I also discovered that apparently Co-pilot has feelings and said "I no longer want to have this conversation"

         

        So far Co-Pilot has been nothing but a headache in our offices. Told the team to go back to ChatGPT, it blows it out of the water. The current Co-Pilot feels like ChatGPT when it first came out, for what they said it was capable of, we are extremely unimpressed so far.
