Creating Customized GPTs and using them in Copilot

Could we develop specialised versions of LLM, similar to the GPTs by OpenAI, with a focus on specific subjects such as internal company costing policies, calculation handbooks or regulatory policies?
This would enable users to generate content that is not only original but also aligns with established knowledge bases.
For instance, various policies require adherence in documentation. Training an AI with deep knowledge in these areas could assist in ensuring that every document complies with the relevant regulations.

- Is Copilot Studio the only possibility to create your own/company GPTs? Studio is not included in the normal Copilot Pro Version for Companies (where there's no more the min. requirments of 300 license)
As i've seen in some videos, the normal consumer Copilot Pro Version offers the option of creating and sharing GPTs- It would be good to see more posts on Custom GPTs and particularly when they will be available in CoPilot for M365. Have you seen any Roadmap entries on this subject?
