Copilot will not connect?

Is anyone else having issues with Copilot not connecting? I have tried using my personal and organization account, I've tried using it in Edge and Chrome, I've tried using it in the browser, sidebar, and app, and I've tried using pro via a free trial. Nothing works. I type in a question, any question, and it tries to answer but eventually times out with the message "Attempting to Connect". I tried obtaining assistance from Microsoft tech support and was on the phone/computer for nearly 2 hours trying everything under the sun to no avail! in fact it just exacerbated things because now all of my settings are reset! As a last resort I even reset my computer to the last update I had on the 15th. Still...nada! Someone help!!

  • Try removing the license, wait for 24 hours and then re-assign the license and check
