Copilot pages not visible
My Copilot account can create pages but when I go to view my pages the listing's are blank. In the individual chat I can open the page, but not if I go through the Library. Ive tried my desktop version, browser and the mobile app on my phone. Ive spoken with Customer Service and while it was confirmed this is a server bug, nothing has happened. I still have no direct access to my pages.

Hi, I’d check the license and tenant feature settings first. Copilot Pages depends on the Microsoft 365 Copilot experience, and in many tenants it is also tied to Loop and SharePoint/OneDrive being enabled properly. I’d confirm that the affected user has the right Copilot license, Loop components are allowed, and the Microsoft 365 app experience is not being blocked by policy. Also test from the Microsoft 365 web app in a fresh browser session. If only some users see Pages, compare their licenses, update channel, and targeted release settings.
