I understand your frustration with Copilot not showing up in Teams even though you have it for other applications. Here are a few things you can try besides waiting for Microsoft:
0. Create a link of the Copilot for teams and share it to access the Copilot link directly in teams - this should be accessible if all license and permissions are assigned.
1. Check Teams Cache: Close Teams completely.
Navigate to the following folder: "%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams" (replace %appdata% with your userAppData folder location).
Delete all files and folders within this directory.
Restart Teams and see if CoPilot appears.
2. Verify Microsoft Account:
Ensure you're signed in to Teams with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase the M365 subscription with CoPilot.
Try signing out of Teams and signing back in.
3. Firewall or Antivirus Interference:
Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to see if it's blocking CoPilot in Teams.
Be sure to re-enable them after testing.
4. Contact Microsoft Support:
Since you've gone through troubleshooting steps and waited for two weeks, contacting Microsoft Support might be the next best option.
Explain the situation clearly, mentioning you have CoPilot working in other applications and have verified your account and settings.

Clearing the cache worked but you have to find the right cache. My Office365 E5 user is roaming on my home PC so look for the Teams within the "Roaming" folder then delete the files (after exiting Teams) and relaunch Teams. This worked -- then in Teams click on the "..." scroll down and you should see the "Copilot" app - click Add.
