- DKTOAJan 31, 2024Copper ContributorHi,
Thanks for all input. Outlook CoPilot is for New Outlook and Web version only, or............can I use CoPilot with the (old) classis Outlook?- Andre_CaronFeb 06, 2024Iron ContributorIt is not possible to use Copilot in the old version of Outlook.
- dpilcherFeb 06, 2024Brass ContributorAndre, what do you consider the 'old version of Outlook"? Where are compatible versions specified? Thanks
- JThibeaultJan 31, 2024Copper ContributorYou can use copilot in classic outlook to summarize but not compose. Those features are coming in Feb/March, 2024. If you switch to the new version you should have the compose feature.
- eilmreinMar 21, 2024Copper ContributorMarch is almost over and I have the same issue here - I even set everything to English US to be on the safe side. Any update on the ETA? Unfortunately my experience with the "New Outlook" hasn't encouraged me to switch. 😉
