Copilot License Reactivation

I want to reactivate my copilot license from my admin panel but it has been unsuccessful because the reactivate button is greyed out and the help and support guys could not reactivate the license for me.

Any idea on how to go about this?

I was advised to either repurchase the product or wait for 15 days to get a refund then repurchase.

Any assistance would be appreciated
