Copilot is not able to see my message extension app.

Hi, I am working on a message extension app to integrate with Copilot and Teams.  I upload my app to teams using sideloading. My company added my user to the Copilot license.

But I can't call my app using the Copilot.

I need help understanding why my message extension doesn't work with Copilot.
