Copilot in Word is not working
Anything I (or anyone else in our tenant) does in Microsoft Word with the Copilot sidebar does not respond. Most staff are on the current channel for Office, I'm on the Beta channel but get the same ...
I’m having the exact same problem except Microsoft hasn’t been responding to my support emails after I’ve alerted them to this. Crazy to spend so much money on something and it doesn’t work out of the box. You get get around this in Word by using Word Online and that also has improved functionality in being able to select specific files on the cloud to use as a reference for generating text within the main document. It seems they are lobotomising the desktop apps so far at the expense of their cloud / online apps.
