Copilot in Word is not working

I tested now in a Word document and it worked fine. I've tested to summarize document and ask some questions.
I did it in the desktop app.
Maybe you have a temporary error.

- Thanks, but it wasn't a temporary error. I've had confirmation from another third party that MS carried out a debug session with them, MS have determined it’s the latest version of copilot at fault, which may explain why not everyone is seeing it. They have gone away with my debug to investigate and hopefully fix, fingers crossed!
I have just bought the plan and I'm having the same identical problem.
Do you have today the same issue? FishyWishy
