copilot in the desktop (Mac)
I have had Microsoft Copilot for a month and had access to the Copilot in the office web apps, and in the word, excel and ppt app but not not in the desktop outlook app. I am a Mac user.
How do I get Copilot back on my Mac Desktop app of outlook? Do I have to install app again or is it not available in general and do I just have to wait until a update for the desktop apps comes out?
- Chris_FerraroSteel ContributorHave you tried updating your license in any productivity desktop app? (File --> Account --> Update License button on right side)

Chris_Ferraro Thanks, yes I updated license. I got Copilot back to my ppt, word and excel, but not outlook.
- Chris_FerraroSteel ContributorVery strange. May need to reinstall office or submit a support ticket Roadmap says there are some functions out for Outlook in Mac.
