I'm assuming you have searched the ribbon for a potentially hidden icon if there isn't enough space to show all? It's a bit of a tricky one:)

Yes have looked for the standard toolbar icon (like seen in Word, PPT and Excel). The outlook icon was previously in the the window bar (top right beside the light bulb icon)

Ren-Finlayson- so I had a user with this issue come up in the last couple weeks. Just switching back and forth from new Outlook to classic Outlook then back to new Outlook did not work. Steps we used:
- Had previously repaired the M365 office installation.
- Open MS Word and refreshed the license from File > Account, then restarted the computer to refresh it across all M365 apps. Verified the user is on the current version.
- Opened classic Outlook and Copilot was available. Clicked the toggle to "Try the new Outlook" in the top right, but Copilot button was still not available in new Outlook.
- Then from new Outlook, go to Help > click Go to classic Outlook.
- Then re-open new Outlook separately (without using the toggle). It took a minute or two for new Outlook to re-install Copilot.
All settings were reset including the user's signature so not ideal but it worked. Hopefully it doesn't disappear on her again.
