Copilot Icon Missing in New Outlook

Try going into one of your office applications and clicking update license from the file menu. I Have also found if you open up the regular outlook and then sign in etc, you should find copilot in there, Then switch it using the little button to the new Outlook and then Copilot should be active.
Thanks Ren-Finlayson . I tried both (in Word went to File -> Account -> Update license) and rebooted; also switched from New Outlook to Old and back again. Still no icon.
If there is another sequence of steps I should use, I can certainly give it a try.Thx
- I'm assuming you have searched the ribbon for a potentially hidden icon if there isn't enough space to show all? It's a bit of a tricky one:)
- Yes have looked for the standard toolbar icon (like seen in Word, PPT and Excel). The outlook icon was previously in the the window bar (top right beside the light bulb icon)
