Copilot how to access the EAP?

Hi Guys,

I would like to know how to use the EAP of Copilot, I can see the Copilot in the ribbon only in Word, but I cannot access it. are there any options that need to be enabled in the 365-admin center? or the EAP has ended?

  • HelloDarkHunter,

here is Ahmed, let me try to help you 🙂

Please note that if you want to use the EAP of Copilot, you need to have a Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 subscription and be enrolled in the EAP by Microsoft. You also need to have the latest version of the Microsoft 365 apps installed on your device.

If you acquire these prerequisites, please check the same account on another device to see what is the behavior.

*Please note that it's still only available for 600 users in the world! So, it might take time to get it enrolled in your Tenant. Kindly give the new technology some time. 🙂

    Warm regards,

      Hello Ahmed_Masoud97

I do have an E5 license and the latest version, and I can see Copilot in Word. Whereas I cannot use it or perform any type of operation/action about it. And I cannot find the same copilot in Other Office applications.

      Warm Regards.

      TK.
