Copilot Grounded in AWS RDS mySQL

I have an ISV client who serves nonprofits and their funders.  They have their data in mySQL on AWS.  They want to build a CoPilot that is grounded on that data (not on the internet) and let their customers ask questions on their website.  First: can CoPilot connect to mySQL on AWS RDS?  Everything I read says mySQL on Azure.  Second, is there a fast way to implement this as an agent?  Any third-party solutions?
