Copilot for Word
Hi There,
I've been playing around with Copilot for Microsoft 365 for quite sometime and I just have a quick question in regards to Copilot for Microsoft 365. Lets say I'm using Copilot for word and I ask Copilot to create a document for me and I review it and I click on regenerate because I'm not happy about the result that it created. So, my question is how many times can I ask Copilot to create new document for me? Is there a limit for that? For instance, I can click on it for 5 times and it will give me a different content everytime and beyond that it will return back to content which it created for me the first time. So, please let me know the limit here.

1. Copilot sidebar not displayed
Checking licences
Confirmation that Microsoft 365 Copilot licence has been assigned (requires Enterprise Administrator action)
This feature is not supported on Personal subscriptions

File > Account > Update Options > Update Now
Requires version number ≥ 16.0.17000

Provide clearer instructions
Incorrect: ‘Summarise this document’
Correct: ‘Summarise the core ideas on pages 2-4 in 3 bullet points, focusing on the data analysis section’
Mark key paragraphs
Select what you want to focus on > Right click and select ‘Send to Copilot’.

Unsupported operations:
Text parsing in scanned documents/images
Processing of non-English content (Chinese language packs need to be enabled)
Protected documents (IRM restriction needs to be lifted first)

Template Generation
Input:

Copilot needs to be called from SharePoint library for multiple documents.

Make sure your network connection is working
Restart Word > Ctrl-click on Copilot icon to reset panel
