Microsoft provides several "channels" which control what upcoming (beta) or current (production) versions of your apps - Mac or PC. I don't have the info on what you do to switch channels but hey - we're all Google systems engineers, right? (grin)
That is you IT that can define which version of the channel update you get on your machine.
