I'm also assuming here that when you said that "running the current channel update" you mean that our business setting for M365 is to have all office desktop apps updated when updates are available?

Microsoft provides several "channels" which control what upcoming (beta) or current (production) versions of your apps - Mac or PC. I don't have the info on what you do to switch channels but hey - we're all Google systems engineers, right? (grin)
