Copilot for Microsoft 365 - In Teams can we see the history of conversations more than 1 month old?
Hi, In Teams chats the maximum time you can get information is 1 month back, how can I get a summary and the main topics, next actions, or to remember something that was said in that conversation...
- Hi Fernando, This will depend on your organization's retention policies on how far back it can go. I am struggling to find it but recently I remember reading that you can specific time searches in your prompts.
I believe the 30 days is a M365 Copilot limitation 😞 I would love to be wrong, so if you find anything please let me know.
Edited to update. I found it. The limit is 30 days, but can be reduced further by retention policies 😞

Chris_Ferraro this is only happening in Ms Teams, where do you think I should go to obtain a more accurate answer?
