copilot for M365 troubles

I have a few doubts about my subscription and i hope someone can help me.

 

I bought the copilot for M365 subscription which includes the Teams copilot (i paid 360USD, anually, so i think that one includes the Teams copilot, but if don't, please let me know).

 

Then i activate it and assigned to my own account (i opened a business account just for trying, copilot for M365, so I'm the owner, admin, the only one user within my "enterprise", etcetera). And i can use it within Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and even in the microsoft 365 web as a chat. BUT, i tried in so many ways to open it in Teams, and it didn't show up nor as a chat, nor as an app, or anything... that is my first trouble as i don't know hot to activate it or install it (it doesn´t appear as an app to install, the only thing that appears is copilot for sales which i don't use).

 

Second, when creating a copilot in copilot studio, and trying to edit the instructions, it says "Las características de IA no están habilitadas, por lo que no se aplicarán las instrucciones".

 

And finally, when i published my copilot, i couldn't find it anywhere (nor in Word, PowerPoint, the chat of copilot in the web of microsoft 365, and of course in Teams neither).

 

I don't know if it's because of te license i bought, or because i don't know how to activate or assign something, or because I'm working from Mexico, or because it's in spanish.

    Victor0205 You've assigned yourself the Copilot for Microsoft 365 license and it still does not show up in Chat?

     

    I was not seeing it in any of my apps, so I went into Word and went to File --> Office Account --> Update License to get mine to show up. Your milage may vary, but good luck!

      Thanks for replying. I have, i have copilot on the web, word ,powerpoint and excel, but it still doesn't show up in teams =/ and i swear i bought the one with teams included.

        Hi Victor,
        did it appear yet in your Teams Client?
        If not you could check for Copilot inside of the Teams Appstore and pin the Copilot Chat to your menu bar.
