Copilot creates content but does not generate slides in PowerPoint Agent

When I choose “Create a presentation with Copilot” in PowerPoint, Copilot successfully generates the written content, but it does not create any slides. 

Eventually, I receive an error message saying “Something went wrong.” It also prompts me to send feedback to Microsoft, but the feedback link opens an inactive dialog box that I cannot type into.

Another issue is that Inside PowerPoint, the Agent panel just keeps spinning indefinitely without producing any results. It throws message every time that the request time out. 

I’m not sure what is causing this behavior. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated.
