Copilot as an HR analyst with sharepoint connection?
So we've been having these conversations about using Copilot a bit more effectively. Right now, we have all these surveys, reviews, and feedback templates people have filled out, and it's all in our SharePoint. I know I can manually take and upload them to copilot and it can give me summaries etc. Can I connect it to specific folders so it always accesses them without me manually uploading and gives me bulk analysis? Engagement trends, review score averages, etc.

Hello EmmaHastings , you can go with one of the following options:-
Option 1 - Use Copilot straight within SharePoint
- Go to the library (down to folder level if you need) > open Copilot (icon on the right bottom) > put your analysis prompt and get responses.
- This will be useful if it is adhoc and only you need to operate this.
Option 2 - Create an agent
- You can build a simple agent using Agent Builder > Under Knowledge, paste URL of the library (down to folder level again if you need) > Set up your agent instructions based on your analysis prompt
- This option will be useful if you need to perform this action multiple times in a specific way & your team members can also use the agent
