Copilot apps cannot communicate across platforms
I use multiple platforms including Windows, iPad and iPhone. I assumed that the best approach would be to use the dedicated app for each device but I soon discovered that is a mistake. Chat's done ...
Hi, I’d first double-check that all devices are signed into the exact same Microsoft account and the same work or personal Copilot experience. If they are and chat history still does not sync, then it is likely a current limitation or app-side issue. The web version is probably the safest workaround until Microsoft improves cross-platform history syncing.
