When the license is assigned the product is issued out via services. An admin can check to see that all are activated for the user.

- Chris_FerraroJul 01, 2024Steel ContributorNo an admin would need to make sure the "Microsoft Copilot with Graph-grounded chat" service plan is on your license in the admin center. It likely is but something to check.
