Compose tab missing in Dynamics 365 to help draft an email

Hi all,

 

i'm trying out some copilot features in Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot is supposed to help drafting out emails and there should be a compose tab. But its missing on my OOTB environment. So am I missing some configuration or what could be the problem. 

 

any ideas are greatly appreciated

    Enable the Compose Tags feature in Dynamics 365 Settings → Email Configuration, and then see if you include email editing permissions.
