You need to have the license added your account. If not seeing the tool in your desktop apps, try updating your M365 License.

May just be on the Account tab versus a separate tab

- RCASTELLANO740Sep 24, 2024Copper ContributorHello. Would like to resurrect this thread as I have some users in China and Russia and are reporting that they cannot use Copilot.
From what I am able to understand, we can use our VPN we have established for ASIA. For the sake of this conversation lets creatively call that the "ASIA VPN" although that is not the actual name. Basically from what I know, If you live in China, Russia, or another location that restricts its access, you must use a VPN that is not associated with the restricted country to access Copilot.
Is this thread saying that MSFT has a trial and we need to update a license? Can you please update this with additional details? thank you.- 365vCloudSep 25, 2024MCTIn China, it is possible to use Copilot for Microsoft 365 (In Teams, Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.) without Remote Desktop. But there is one feature that can't be used directly, which is copilot.microsoft.com
- RCASTELLANO740Sep 25, 2024Copper ContributorSo regardless of the VPN? users still cannot use "Copilot for the Web?"
