Chat box appearing overlays the Create Agent page
Has anyone faced this issue where when I click on the create agent, the page appear as below with the chat box on top of the page preventing complete view of the page.

Hi Libin7963 - yes I had this issue in Edge as well as Chrome browser when I was using two logins. One user account has full Copilot license while the other one has basic Copilot license. I used to get this problem when I logged in with the basic license account. Resizing would not help either. The problem got rectified when I logged out of Copilot, cleared the cache on local browser as well in Copilot web application by going to Settings & Privacy area of the account and then logging back in. Somehow the account was not synced properly since Copilot was updated by Microsoft recently.

I have the same issue in one of my accounts. It has nothing to do with the screen resolution nor browser. Seems like Microsoft is rolling out ui-updates in waves. Some users already have the full new ui (where office.com points directly to copilot chat) some users are stuck inbetween and have for example this issue.

Which browser are you currently using? I've used this extensively with Edge and have never encountered this issue as of now.

Hi, yes—this seems to be a UI glitch in Copilot Studio. Try resizing the browser window or zooming out to reposition the chat box. Alternatively, use Copilot Studio in a separate browser tab or incognito mode. If the issue persists, clear cache or report it via the feedback option in the app for a fix in future updates.
