I am having the same issue, I have no "reference a file" button in Word, CoPilot, Powerpoint, or Word online. I was online with Microsoft help for hours and the agent did not know anything about how to fix it and sent me to this forum, where there is also no help to fix it.
- Hello Jenni, thank you for your answer, reading the documentation I found out, that is not available for Copilot Pro and Microsoft 365 Personal-Family users, only for Microsoft 365 Copilot users, which is very unfortunate.
