Block Copilot Studio access with Copilot for Microsoft 365 License
1. Check License Assignment: Open Microsoft 365 Administrator Center and navigate to Users > Active Users.
Select the target user and check their license assignment.
Ensure that the user does not have a license assigned that includes access to Copilot Studio.
2. Using Conditional Access Policies: Open the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center and navigate to Conditional Access > Policies.
Create a new conditional access policy and select the target user or group.
Set the policy conditions to block access to the Copilot Studio URL or application.
3. Using a PowerShell script: Open Exchange Online PowerShell and run the following command to block access to Copilot Studio:
powershell
Set-CASMailbox -Identity email address removed for privacy reasons -EwsApplicationAccessPolicy EnforceBlockList -EwsBlockList “CopilotStudioURL”
CopilotStudioURL replaced with the URL of Copilot Studio.
4. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above methods work, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Support team with detailed error messages and screenshots for further assistance.
2. Using Conditional Access Policies: Open the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center and navigate to Conditional Access > Policies.
Create a new conditional access policy and select the target user or group.
Set the policy conditions to block access to the Copilot Studio URL or application.
Are you stating this in generality? Or do you know which app would do this because based on my findings there isn't a CoPilot Studio App to target.
