Assessing M365 Chat / Graph Grounded Chat
Noticing usage for M365 (or now Graph Grounded Chat) is not listed in the Viva Insights or the Admin Center dashboards for usage like the Productivity Apps. How are you assessing usage?
The Viva Insights Dashboard is available if you have more than 50 licenses assigned to users in your Tenant. Did you apply the permissions for you (or the corresponding users) in the Viva Insights section within the Microsoft 365 admin center for the dashboard? The dashboard should than be available here: https://insights.viva.office.com/#/CopilotDashboard
We have the dashboard viewable and assigned. The users do not need an insights license. In the dashboard of usage it does not show M365 chat as a column. From what I heard from others that usage stat is not available yet.
